I specialize in creating a safe space to slay self-doubt by changing the narrative. Why? Because we are what we say and what we think! Integrating evidence-based treatment with a short-term, strength-based, and culturally informed approach, we will laugh, explore, and unpack. We will discuss underlying beliefs, generational traumas, and internalized oppression that keep you from achieving your desires. My aim is to empower you to become your own #goals by being intentional and accountable as the best version of yourself at home, work, and in relationships! My formal education includes a PhD in Clinical Psychology, an MA in Business Psychology, and a BA in Psychology, with advanced training in helping diverse individuals with trauma, psychotic, and personality-related disorders.
